Registration and Conference Fee
Important Dates

| Cancellation deadline: | 30th September 2017 |
The conference fee is 320 € (355 CHF) for senior participants and 200 € (222 CHF) for students (max. 50 students could be accepted with this discount), if paid before 30 July 2017.
Late registration fee will be increased to 355 € (394 CHF) for senior participants (we expect no late registration for the students).
The fee includes all lunches, coffee breaks and three social events.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees are refundable, if the notification of
cancellation is delivered to the organisers in a written form
(by regular mail, email or fax) prior to 7 September 2017.
Cancellations after 7 September 2017 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee;
however, a substitute
registrant will be accepted.
